WP2 Technology Transfer

Nine Knowledge & Technology Transfer Hubs have been established. Each will host and support a TRADEIT sub-network with a portfolio of regional and national traditional and ethnic food producers.

Each hub will host events and support food producers in the the Dairy, Meat and Bakery sectors. In addition horizontal technologies in the areas of Food Safety, Packaging, water, waste and energy management will be showcased.

A TRADEIT Advisor will manage each Hub, liaising with regional traditional food producers to determine their technology needs, to assist them post event in technology acquisition and research and development collaboration relationship management.
